Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Range Ready Supply. They are written to be read, not to be skipped. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are
Range Ready Supply is a licensed firearms retailer operating this website. References to we, us and our mean Range Ready Supply. References to you mean the person using the site or placing an order.
2. Eligibility
You may use this site and place an order only if all of the following are true. You are at least 18 years old. You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items you order under federal, state and local law. You are purchasing for yourself or as a genuine gift, and not on behalf of a person who is prohibited from possessing firearms. The information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
Federal law sets a minimum age of 18 for long guns and 21 for handguns, and your state may set a higher age or additional conditions. Ammunition carries its own age rules. We may decline or cancel any order where eligibility is in doubt.
3. Orders and acceptance
Adding an item to your cart and paying is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. A contract forms only when we accept your order, which we confirm by email. We may decline an order for reasons including stock availability, a pricing or description error, a failed payment or verification check, an unlawful destination, or a reasonable suspicion that the order is fraudulent or a straw purchase. Where we decline, we refund you in full.
4. Pricing and product information
Prices are in United States dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax, which are shown before you pay. We work hard on the accuracy of specifications, images and stock levels, but errors occur, manufacturers change specifications without notice, and images are sometimes representative of a family rather than a specific variant. Where an error is material, we will contact you with the correct information and give you the choice of proceeding, changing or cancelling for a full refund. We are not obliged to sell at an incorrect price.
5. Firearm transfers
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee that you nominate and that we have verified. Nothing ships until a valid, signed licence copy is on file. You are responsible for choosing a dealer who accepts transfers, for any fee that dealer charges, and for completing the transfer within any period the dealer sets. If a firearm remains uncollected and the dealer returns it to us, you are responsible for the return shipping and the transaction is treated as a return under our returns policy.
The dealer completes ATF Form 4473 and the background check. If you are denied, the firearm is returned to us and refunded under the returns policy, less shipping already incurred. Neither we nor the dealer are told the reason for a denial, and neither of us can appeal it for you.
6. Compliance is a shared responsibility
We screen orders against the restrictions we are aware of, but the law at your address is ultimately your responsibility. You agree not to order any item that you may not lawfully receive or possess, not to export any item without proper authorisation, and not to transfer any item to a person who cannot lawfully possess it. You agree to indemnify us against any loss arising from your breach of this section.
7. Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk in goods passes on delivery to you or to your nominated dealer. Title passes when payment clears in full. Claims for damage, shortage or non-delivery must be raised within the periods set out in the shipping policy, because carriers refuse claims raised late.
8. Returns
Our returns policy forms part of these terms. In summary, most accessories may be returned unused within 30 days, ammunition and reloading components are not returnable, and a firearm cannot be returned once you have signed the Form 4473 and taken possession.
9. Warranties
Products carry the manufacturer warranty supplied with them. Except where the law provides otherwise, we make no additional warranty of our own, and we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss, including lost profits, lost opportunity or loss arising from delay. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Safe and lawful use
Firearms and ammunition are inherently dangerous and demand care every time they are handled. You are solely responsible for safe storage, safe handling, lawful transport and lawful use, and for ensuring that unauthorised persons cannot access what you buy. We are not liable for injury, damage or loss arising from misuse, unsafe storage, unlawful use, modification, or handloaded or remanufactured ammunition.
12. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done through it. Use a strong, unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse of staff, repeated chargebacks or attempted unlawful purchases.
13. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to scrape, mirror or systematically extract content, not to attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the site, not to submit false information, and not to post reviews or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening or infringes someone else. We may remove any content and restrict access at our discretion.
14. Intellectual property
The text, layout, photographs and design of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Manufacturer names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify the products we sell. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.
15. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with the product and our marketing, and you confirm the content is yours to give. Reviews are published unedited except for removal of unlawful content or personal information.
16. Third-party links and services
The site links to third parties such as manufacturers, payment providers and carriers. We do not control their sites, terms or practices, and we are not responsible for them.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, extreme weather, supplier failure, regulatory action, civil disruption, utility or network failure.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order, so the date at the top matters. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the state in which Range Ready Supply operates, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. Before starting any formal action, please contact us. We would far rather fix the problem than argue about it.
20. General
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the site and your orders.
