Team Range Ready Supply
Every order here is handled by a person, and it helps to know which one. Our team is small on purpose. Sales, compliance, shipping and support sit in the same room, which is why a question about a barrel thread and a question about a dealer licence get answered with the same speed.
How the team is put together
Sales and product
The people who write the listings and answer the what-should-I-buy questions. They shoot competitively, hunt, and carry daily, which means they have opinions and are willing to share the unflattering ones. If an item is not right for what you described, they will say so.
Compliance
The team that verifies dealer licences against the ATF listing, checks every order against destination restrictions, and maintains the bound book. They are the reason some orders take an extra day, and they are also the reason no customer of ours has been handed a legal problem.
Fulfilment
Pickers and packers who treat a plain outer carton as a security feature and who would rather use too much void fill than explain a dented optic. Every firearm leaves insured, signature-required and unbranded.
Customer support
The voice on the phone, the reply to the email and the person in the chat window. They have authority to fix problems on the spot rather than escalating them into a queue.
Buying and trades
The valuers who look at your photographs and tell you what a firearm is actually worth this month, with the reasoning attached rather than a number on its own.
Content and safety
The people who write the guides, the FAQs and the storage and training material. Their brief is simple: if a customer has to search elsewhere for the answer, we wrote it badly.
What we expect of ourselves
- Know the product before selling itNobody on the team recommends something they cannot describe accurately. If we have not handled it, we say so and give you the specifications rather than an opinion dressed up as experience.
- Give the honest answer, not the profitable oneThe cheaper item is often the right item. Saying so costs us margin today and earns the next five orders.
- Own the mistakeWrong item, damaged box, missed email. We fix it first, work out how it happened second, and never make a customer prove it three times.
- Take compliance personallyOur licence is the business. Nobody here is willing to trade it for one sale, which is why we cancel orders we cannot lawfully complete.
- Treat safety as part of the saleWe would rather talk about locking devices and training than assume everyone already knows. It costs a minute and it matters more than anything else we do.
Working with us
We hire people who shoot and people who do not, because the best fulfilment lead we ever had had never fired a rifle and cared enormously about getting the right box to the right person. What everyone shares is a low tolerance for vagueness and a willingness to answer the phone. Roles open up periodically in support, fulfilment and compliance.
If that sounds like you, send us a short note about what you have done and what you want to do next. We read every one, and we would rather see three honest paragraphs than a keyword-stuffed resume.
Community
We support the ranges, clubs and instructors who turn new owners into safe ones, and we back free locking device distribution because a locked firearm is the single most effective way to prevent the accidents that make the news. If you run a range day, a youth shooting programme or an instructor course and you want a hand, get in touch.
