Yes. Buying a firearm online is legal. The firearm ships to a licensed FFL dealer near you, where you complete a background check before taking possession. We never ship guns directly to a residence.

After you order, we ship your firearm to your chosen FFL dealer. You visit that dealer, fill out ATF Form 4473, pass the NICS background check and pick up your firearm. The FFL may charge a small transfer fee.

We ship ammunition directly to most states where it is legal. Some states and cities have restrictions or require ID verification. Restricted destinations are flagged at checkout, and we never ship where prohibited.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Ammunition typically arrives in 2–5 business days. Firearm delivery also depends on how quickly your chosen FFL processes the transfer.

For safety and legal reasons, ammunition, primers and powder are non-returnable once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

You must be at least 21 to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition, and at least 18 for long guns and rifle/shotgun ammunition, subject to state and local laws. Age is verified during the FFL transfer.

If your background check is denied, the firearm cannot be transferred to you. We will work with you on a refund for the firearm per our policy, though transfer fees and shipping may not be refundable.

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure encrypted checkout, plus select firearms-friendly payment options. Payment details are never stored on our servers.

Yes. During checkout you can select from our network of licensed FFL dealers, or tell us your preferred local dealer and we will coordinate the transfer with them directly.
