Order Status & Tracking

Where is my order

Every order moves through the same sequence of stages, and each one means something specific. This page explains what each status means, how long it normally lasts, and what to do when something sits still longer than it should.

Check your order in three ways

Your account

Sign in and open My Account to see live status, tracking numbers, invoices and the dealer nominated for any firearm.

Your email

You receive a confirmation when you order, a shipping notice with tracking when the label is created, and a delivery confirmation. Check spam if one is missing.

Ask us

Send your order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves rather than handing you a tracking link you already have.

Tracking that has not moved

A label is created before a parcel is collected, so a tracking number can exist for up to 24 hours before its first scan. That is normal. Parcels also go quiet mid-route, particularly over weekends and around holidays, and a gap of two or three days between scans is common rather than alarming.

Contact us if tracking has shown no movement for four business days, if it shows delivered but nothing arrived, if it shows a delivery exception or a return to sender, or if the estimated delivery date has passed by more than two days. We will open a trace with the carrier, and since the shipment is insured, a confirmed loss means a replacement or a refund without you having to fight anyone.

Firearm orders: the extra step people forget

Delivery to your dealer is not the same as being ready for collection. A dealer must log an incoming firearm into their bound book before it can be transferred, which usually happens the same day but can take longer at a small shop with limited counter hours. Give them a working day after the delivery scan before calling, and when you do call, have your order number ready.

Handy detail. Your dealer may know the package as our shipment rather than your name. Quoting the tracking number and our company name finds it far faster than describing the gun.

Changing an order

  • Before it ships we can change the address, swap the dealer, add items or cancel entirely. Contact us as early as possible.
  • After a label is created address changes go through the carrier and usually carry a fee, which we pass on at cost.
  • After delivery to a dealer a change becomes a return, with the associated shipping costs.

Partial shipments

Where an order contains a firearm and accessories, the accessories often ship to your home while the firearm goes to your dealer, which means two tracking numbers. Hazardous goods such as ammunition also ship separately from other items. Two parcels is normal and does not mean anything is missing, but if a tracking number never arrives for part of an order, tell us.
