Price Match
If you find the same item cheaper at another authorised US retailer, tell us. Where the comparison is genuine and the competitor actually has stock, we will match it. This page sets out exactly what qualifies, because a price match promise with unwritten rules is not a promise at all.
What qualifies
- The identical item, same manufacturer, same model number, same variant, same configuration and same condition.
- Sold by an authorised US retailer with a valid FFL where the item requires one.
- In stock and available to buy now, not on backorder, pre-order or waiting list.
- The price is publicly advertised and verifiable on a live web page.
- Available to any customer, not restricted to a club, an employee scheme or an invitation.
- Requested before you buy, or within 7 days of your purchase. Later requests fall outside the policy.
What does not qualify
Auctions and marketplaces
Auction results, classified listings and private sales are not retail prices and cannot be matched.
Grey market sellers
If a seller is not an authorised dealer, the warranty is usually void and the product may not be genuine. We will not price against that, and we would advise you not to buy from them either.
Errors and clearances
Obvious pricing mistakes, going-out-of-business sales, damaged or open-box stock, doorbusters and quantity-limited flash offers.
Bundles and add-ons
A price that includes a free accessory, a gift card, a rebate or a membership cannot be compared line for line against a standalone price.
Special financing offers
Prices tied to a store card, a finance plan or a loyalty tier.
Our own promotions
Price matching does not stack with an active coupon, a member price or a clearance discount on the same item.
How to request a match

- Include your detailsThe item you want and, if you have already ordered, the order number.
- We verifyWe check availability, authorisation and total delivered cost. Most requests are answered within one business day.
- We apply itApproved before purchase, you get an adjusted price to check out with. Approved after purchase within 7 days, we refund the difference to your original payment method.
We compare the total, not the sticker
A cheaper headline price with $40 of shipping and a $15 handling fee is not cheaper. We compare the delivered cost, item plus shipping plus any mandatory fee, against ours. That works in your favour more often than against it, because we do not add handling, compliance or card fees to begin with.
Ammunition
Ammunition pricing changes daily and stock vanishes in minutes, so ammunition matches are considered case by case and require live availability at the competitor at the moment we check. If it is out of stock when we look, there is nothing to match.
The fine print
- One price match per item, per customer, per 30 days.
- Quantity limits apply. The policy exists for consumers, not for resellers.
- We may decline any request we believe is fraudulent, manipulated or aimed at reselling.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw the policy, though any request already approved will be honoured.
