This privacy policy explains that we collect the least information we can, we use it to run your order and improve the store, and we do not sell it. This privacy policy covers in plain language what we hold, why we hold it, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we do not collect
- We do not store full payment card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials on our servers.
- We do not collect your Social Security number. Any information required on ATF Form 4473 is collected by your dealer at the counter, not by us.
- We do not buy purchase histories, political affiliation, health data or biometric data about you from anyone.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children. This is not a site for minors.
How we use it
Your information is used to process and deliver orders, verify eligibility and dealer licences, take payment and prevent fraud, provide customer support, meet legal and record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed firearms retailer, improve the site and the catalogue, and send marketing only where you have asked for it.
Who we share it with
Your chosen dealer
For a firearm transfer we pass your name and contact details and the details of the firearm so the dealer can log it and contact you. This is unavoidable and is how the transfer works.
Carriers
Name, address and phone number, so a parcel can be delivered and a signature obtained.
Payment processors
Payment details go directly to a PCI DSS compliant processor. They act as an independent controller of that data under their own terms.
Service providers
Hosting, email delivery, analytics, chat and fraud screening providers, each bound by contract to use the data only to provide the service to us.
Regulators and law enforcement
Where we are legally required to respond to a lawful request, a subpoena, or an inspection of records that a licensee must keep.
Nobody else
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers for their own purposes.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the cart, checkout and sign-in to work. It also uses analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic, and may use advertising cookies where you consent. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner and change your mind at any time in your browser settings. Refusing analytics or advertising cookies does not affect your ability to shop. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends them.
How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records for as long as tax and firearms record-keeping law requires, which is longer than most retail records.
- Account data for as long as your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of a dispute.
- Support correspondence for up to three years.
- Marketing preferences until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not accidentally email you again.
- Technical logs for up to twelve months.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, receive it in a portable format, opt out of sale or sharing, which in our case is straightforward because we do neither, and to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We will verify your identity before acting, because handing account data to the wrong person would be the worst possible outcome, and we respond within the period the applicable law allows. Note that we cannot delete records we are legally required to retain as a licensed firearms retailer.
Security
The site runs over encrypted connections, passwords are stored hashed rather than in plain text, access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and payment data is handled by a compliant processor. No system is perfect, so please use a strong unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect anything unusual about your account. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Marketing
We email you about your order because you bought something, and that is not marketing. Promotional email is sent only if you asked for it, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately. We do not sell our list.
Children
Our products are not sold to minors and this site is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
Where we link to manufacturers, carriers or safety organisations, their privacy practices are their own. We recommend reading their policies before providing information to them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for material changes we will say so clearly on the site rather than quietly editing a paragraph.

Yes. This privacy policy extends to the limited information shared with your chosen FFL dealer to complete a transfer, such as your name and the order details needed for the background check. This privacy policy does not permit sharing beyond what the transfer legally requires.
