How we write
- We handle the productsIf we have not used something, we say so and stick to verified specifications rather than pretending to an experience we have not had.
- We publish the downsidesEvery product has them. A review that lists none is an advertisement wearing a lab coat.
- Nothing is paid forNo manufacturer has ever bought a placement here, and none will. If a piece is prompted by a product we sell, that is stated plainly.
- We correct mistakes in publicWhen we get something wrong, the correction goes on the article with the date, rather than quietly editing the sentence.

The best articles here started as a customer question that took twenty minutes to answer properly. If something confuses you, it confuses a hundred other people who did not ask. Send it over and it may well become the next post.
