Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way — whether it is heading to your door or to your local FFL dealer. Everything ships in plain, unmarked packaging with tracked delivery.
How to Track Your Package
1. Check Your Email
When your order leaves our facility you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your carrier and tracking number. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.
2. Use Your Tracking Number
Enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to see real-time status and estimated delivery. Firearms and NFA items are tracked to your chosen dealer, not your home address.
3. Contact Us Any Time
Lost your tracking number or need a status update? Have your order number ready and reach our team by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Order & Shipping Timelines
- Most orders process within 1–2 business days.
- Ammunition and accessories typically ship directly to your door where the law allows.
- Firearms and NFA items ship to a licensed FFL/SOT dealer for in-person transfer.
- Orders over $199 ship free with tracked, discreet delivery.

When will I get my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, usually within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Why does tracking show my local dealer’s address?
Firearms and NFA items must be delivered to a licensed dealer for the final, in-person transfer, so tracking reflects that destination.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Carrier scans can lag by a day or two. If it has been longer, contact us and we will investigate right away.
