We want you to be confident in every purchase from Range Ready Supply. Because firearms and NFA items are heavily regulated, return eligibility depends on the type of product. This page explains what can be returned, the conditions that apply, and how to start a return.
Accessories & Non-Firearm Items
Unused accessories in their original, unopened packaging can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in resalable condition with all original components, tags, and documentation included.
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear.
- Products with damaged, missing, or opened packaging where noted.
- Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable.
Ammunition
For safety and legal reasons, ammunition generally cannot be returned once it has shipped. Please double-check that the caliber and load match your firearm before ordering.
Firearms
Once a firearm has transferred to you through an FFL dealer, it cannot be returned to us; any defect must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty or the dealer. If there is an issue before transfer, contact us right away and we will work to resolve it.
NFA Items & Suppressors
NFA items have very limited return eligibility once the ATF transfer process has begun, because the paperwork is tied to a specific item and buyer. Please review your order carefully and reach out with any questions before we file. Learn more on our How It Works page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
How to Start a Return
Contact our team by phone, email, or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within a few business days, though your bank may take additional time to post them.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
Can I cancel an order before it ships?
Possibly — contact us as soon as possible. Once an FFL transfer or NFA filing has begun, cancellation may not be available.
