Welcome to Range Ready Supply. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age to purchase the products you order — at least 18 for most long guns and 21 for handguns and NFA items — and you must not be prohibited from possessing firearms under federal, state, or local law. By ordering, you certify that you are legally eligible to purchase in your jurisdiction.
Compliance & Transfers
All firearms and NFA items are transferred only through licensed FFL and SOT dealers, in accordance with the law. You are responsible for completing the required background check and paperwork at your dealer and for knowing the laws that apply where you live. Product Information & Pricing
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders affected by inaccuracies, including after an order has been placed. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order — for example, due to stock, suspected fraud, or compliance concerns. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout through our secure, PCI-compliant processor. Additional fees such as FFL transfer fees and the NFA tax stamp are separate from the product price. See our Payment Policy.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns are governed by our Return Policy. Firearms and NFA items have limited return eligibility once a transfer or ATF process has begun.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false eligibility information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Range Ready Supply or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Range Ready Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice.
